The service is provided on a prepaid subscription basis for periods of 3, 6, or 12 months. All subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a IPTV Digi subscription. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
You agree to use IPTV Digi solely for your own personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not: share, resell, or redistribute your login credentials; use the service for commercial broadcast or public display; attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures; or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
All subscriptions are prepaid. Prices are displayed on our pricing page at the time of order. There are no automatic renewals. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you must actively choose to renew at the end of your term. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely and SSL encrypted.
We aim to maintain 99.99% server uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Occasional maintenance windows or technical issues may briefly affect availability. We will always endeavour to resolve any disruptions as quickly as possible. IPTV Digi is not liable for any losses arising from temporary service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Digi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without refund if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, particularly with respect to credential sharing, reselling, or illegal use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, USA.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at IPTV Digi.us/terms.html. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
